USMC Close to Home

Currently, Verdi Armory staff has two of their sons in the USMC on active duty.

Captain Tim Collins has just returned from Anbar Province, Iraq on his second tour, and is now back in 29 Palms..

PFC Erik Gademsky is stationed at Iwakuni, Japan for his 0651 (Data Comm) MOS.

Our senior Instructor Jim Collins son has just returned from Anbar Province on his second tour. He is now stationed at 29 Palms. His first tour was as a Huey Pilot. His second tour finds him on the ground as a FAC (Forward Air Controller). We have posted some of his emails from the front that give a good idea of what reality is in Iraq.

Our Founder, Paul Gademsky's son is now stationed in Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni Japan. He is currently in the Armory working with weapons (guess it runs in the family, as well as the Data Comm work).
