There are approximately 13 states left in our country that do not subscribe to the idea of their law-abiding citizens carrying concealed weapons.  Those of us living in Nevada are very fortunate because we can.
 

In order to do this legally, Nevada requires you to complete successfully, training that covers gun safety, Nevada CCW laws, and shooting competency by approved instructors, before they will issue this permit.

These classes are on Saturdays and Sundays with a minimum of 3 students, and a maximum of 6.   Weekday classes are available upon request.

 Training Class Details:

• All Classes begin at 0800 (8:00 am).

• Location:  5111 W Acoma RD, Reno, NV.

• Private classes can be done at your facility or home. 

• Weekend classes are tentative and must have at least 3 students.  Call and reserve a spot.

• Classes are limited to 6 people.  Small classes make for much safer shooters and we can include the additional training the other schools do not.

• A person trained in a 6 person class has a much better chance in a gun fight than someone from a 1 in 15, 20, or even a 30 person class. 

Should the class minimum not be met, you will be notified no later than the preceding Friday afternoon.  If you have given us a deposit, it will be refunded or applied to the next class whichever you prefer.

• Retention training

• How to keep your child safe, both at home and outside the home

• In addition to the NRA and State training requirements, INCLUDED is some close quarter combat moves and once qualified on the range, some drills and exercises of combat shooting.

It is important to have a CCW license.  It is even more important to know how to use a gun during a confrontation where the lives of your loved ones and yourself are critically threatened. 
 

What You Will Need

• Bring the firearm you wish to qualify with. 

  • You must qualify with each type of automatic.

  • Qualify on one revolver, and you can carry any revolver or single action pistol with your permit.

• 30 rounds of ammunition for each gun; 25 rounds for any revolver.

• Eye and ear protection.

• Your Holster (not necessary, but helpful)

Cost/Rates
We do individual and group classes either at your home, office or our training location.  Our instructor is unassuming and non-threatening.  The class is serious in content, but enjoyable in nature.   It is extremely important you enjoy what you are learning as it will stay with you.
